Lakes Region Curling is offering a "learn-to-curl" clinic for the public on Sunday, September 24, from 4 to 6 p.m. Registration for the event, to be held at Pop Whalen Ice Arena in Wolfeboro, is available on the LRCA web site (lakescurlingnh.org). Experienced LRCA curlers will be on hand to provide instruction in basic rules and game play. For men and women of all ages and fitness levels, curling is a sport that combines skill, teamwork, and strategy. No prior experience is required, and all equipment is provided.
