WASR is all about "Caring for our Community" !

Our LOCAL INTERVIEWS are a big part of that.  The daily interviews broadcast on WASR create awareness of local events, fundraising efforts, information from town officials, and other things happening in our area.  The interviews also feature people-of-interest, local business people, children's groups, elected officials, celebrities in the area, as well as your friends and neighbors.  

Broadcast as part of the WASR Morning Report... with some segments repeated as part of the Midday Report... LOCAL INTERVIEWS are typically hosted by the voice of WASR, Gary James.
