CONTEST RULES, GENERAL

To take part or win a contest, you must be a legal US resident 18 years of age or older. ANY contest involving alcohol or sponsored by an alcoholic beverage company requires the winner be 21 or older.
Persons may win only one prize from the radio station per contest in any rolling 30 day period. Some contests might also specify one winner per household or company.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days, or by 4:00pm the day before the event (whichever is sooner) and must be accepted as is or forfeited.
All winners must meet all individual Station Contest eligibility requirements, which include but are not limited to, proof of identity and social security number, and signing a release form in order to receive the prizes won.
Winners of Station Contests, by their acceptance of prize(s), grant WASR, its successors or assigns the right to use their name, voice and likeness in any or all Station publicity surrounding the Contest promotion in forms now or yet to be invented.
The decision of the radio station operator on duty is final. If prize is refused or not picked up after 30 days the station may, but is not required to select an alternate winner by random drawing.
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes/fees/licenses incurred as a result of their winnings. Each winner of prize(s) valued at or with a combined value of at least $600 will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year.
The radio station employees and their immediate relatives, sponsor employees and their immediate relatives, live remote sponsor employees and their immediate relatives, and any other advertiser/listener supported media employees are ineligible to win.
The radio station reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time for any reason, including a natural disaster or other breaking news, terrorist activity (or the threat thereof), or any other event reasonably beyond the control of the station.
By entering the contest, you agree to comply with the all of the contest rules or be disqualified. We may change the rules at any time. Those changes will be posted here when effective.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions are allowed. Prizes have no cash value. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of contestants who enter Contest.
